Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before your appointment via WhatsApp or phone. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
No-Shows
If our specialist arrives and cannot access your location or you are unavailable, the full service fee may apply.
Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with a service, contact us within 24 hours. We will review and offer a re-visit or partial refund where appropriate.
